Every criminal organisation needs to have weapons. Without weapons, you can't do a damn thing. Our games take place during the late 19th century and the early and middle 20th century. How many people here know what kind of weapons were around back then? Probably not many.
Here is a list of weapons (period and otherwise), to help you. You can pick any of these to use in the game. They were all available during, or after the 1930s.
Browning.
Browning 1910 .32 ACP automatic pistol.
Colt firearms.
Colt M1900.
Colt M1911. One of the most common guns of the period.
Colt .32 caliber revolver.
Colt .44 caliber revolver.
Colt Single Action Army revolver.
Colt M1917 .45 caliber revolver.
The Colt Detective Special. (Colt .38 caliber revolver), was a small, snub-nosed firearm frequently used by police and private detectives (hence the name).
Smith and Wesson.
Smith & Wesson .22 caliber revolver.
Smith & Wesson M10 .38 caliber revolver. From the 19th century until the 1980s, this was the standard-issue firearm of several American police-forces. Some police-forces (eg - Singapore Police Force), continue to carry this weapon as standard equipment.
Smith & Wesson Hand-Ejector "Triple-Lock" revolver. .44 caliber. Produced between 1908-1915.
Misc. firearms.
The 'Tommy-gun', is the world's most famous gangster machine-gun, dominating gang-wars of the 1920s-1940s. It came in 30-round stick-magazines and 50 & 100-round drum-magazines. The one above holds 50 rounds. While extremely effective, Tommyguns were known for jamming if fired for too long without pause. The model here is the 1928 model.
Winchester shotgun. 1897.
