Haha! Your post is a bit old, but I think you're looking for a song from the movie Team America. The song is indeed called Montage and they sing "You're gonna need a montage. Even Rocky had a montage". I'll post you the youtube-link:

In case you haven't found it already, this might be it. Hope for you it is. The music from the movie is hilarious.
